Was told to try the machine if it still didn’t work call and reschedule another appointment?! He was gone less than 10 minutes and the washer had the same code. So now I had the fun to sit on hold for 49 minutes waiting for someone to respond to me. I also tried the instant text. ( no one ever responded to that) now I have another appointment 11 days later! Really????? I asked if once the part came in since I already waited for over a week to get the repair person here would he be coming.? I was told NO he would not be here until my appointment date. They were other people ahead of me. I also gave them the code b4 he came so he knew what to expect.
