Our brand new Whirlpool washing machine left bleach spots on clothes that were not being cleaned with bleach. We used bleach in a previous load, and when the second load came out with bleach spots, we called for service. The tech ran diagnostics, but couldn't tell us why the machine ruined our clothing.

Evan was knowledgeable, on time, and gave great information. He fixed our gas drier, and the washer wouldn't spin well, and is 11 years old. We discussed whether or not to replace it. In weighing it out, we decided to replace it with a great model he suggested that will last a lot longer than the other new ones that are built to break faster. The Speed Queen. He doesn't sell them, so suggested some places to get it a little more reasonable. Overall a great tech. I will keep his business card.

THE TECHNICIAN KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STOVE. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE TOOK THE TIME TO PROPERLY MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AND IT WAS NOT A RUSH JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE REALLY MAKES A DIFFERENCE. THE TECHNICIAN SHOWED TRUE COMPASSION FOR THE WORK HE DOES. I HOPE THAT THERE ARE A LOT MORE TECHNICIANS OUT HERE LIKE THE ONE THAT SERVICE MY APPLIANCE TODAY. HE TRULY MADE MY DAY.

nice repair crew, but overall it was a waste of time. on their 3rd visit after ordering additional parts at the 2nd visit, it was finally discovered the microwave was beyond repair and a new microwave is needed. 3 weeks wasted unfortunately.

Technician arrived shortly after his courtesy phone call, He powered his work van through the treacherous roads of the trailer park combating snow and ice. He immediately identified the issue with my stove and fixed it promptly. He was courteous and professional, I couldn't tell for sure but I believe he is a mallard Hunter. I can't recall his name but It may have been Marty, Keith, Rusty or Hank. I would gladly share a mobile home kitchen or duck blind with him any day.
