My refrigerator/Freezer was no longer freezing. Scheduled service with AT through their website to have them take a look. Replied back within an hour. Very transparent--advised that there would be a charge for the service call (not unreasonable.) My suspicion was that the cost of parts and labor would compel me to junk the refrigerator and purchase a new one. I was kept apprised by their website (established an account) and by text when the tech would be arriving. Tech was professional. confirmed my suspicion--but had a welcome surprise--the refrigerator was still covered under a 5 year warranty on the cooling mechanicals (my owners manual was silent on this). Tech immediately set up an appointment with me for the following week and ordered up the necessary parts. As before I was kept in the loop as to when the tech would be back to fix the fridge. The repair and the service charges were covered under warranty. Very satisfied with this repair shop. I highly recommend.
