Hi Zach is very knowledgeable and competent. He answered all my questions and his explanations were very understandable. Zach was very patient and respectful. This was my first contact with Appliance Tech and because of my experience with Zack I would call Appliance Tech in the future for service on my appliances. I would highly recommend Zach to others.
