Tanner found the problem with our dishwasher right away and was able to clean debris out of the wash arm enough to get it working again. He gave us detailed information about how to order a new part to install ourselves or have him return to replace it. He then gave me so much information about how the dishwasher cycles work and what is the best one to use and why. He was so knowledgeable and eager to share. Things I wish I had known decades ago!

The machine was working when the tech left. We are not confident that the machine will continue to work properly given that he did not seem to do anything except reset it. Also, this was the second repair in two months for the same problem; the machine would not drain. We are very disappointed with this new Whirlpool washing machine. However, the tech was very polite and professional.

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WEG750H0HZ0 Found the ui was not a scrolling and could not unlock ui. Reset power for two minutes and it scrolls now. Instructed customer on use of ui. Recommended to put on line with whirlpool app. Instructed customer the broil feature will only work with door closed.
RANGE AMANA ACR4303MFW4 Replaced brackets that the glass sits on for bent brackets and replaced side trip pieces to cover sharp edges on side of door. The door tests good.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFF707ESS01 Replaced freezer led light and it is now lighting. Found one top top led in a harness of three not lighting in fresh food section. Ordering harness. ; ordrng 1 W11205082 (MODULE HARNESS)

The spin is getting noisy. It is also bouncing during spin with no clothes in it. The washer May need a suspension. DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTM354DSS5 "Q1 no q2 no q3 noComplaint of no operation. Was able to power cycle with success but now even that does not work. !measured 120VAC to ACU. Power cycled unit and front display worked momentarily. Top buttons did not. Power cycled again and drain pump runs. No way to cancel. UI completely unresponsive. SR7729781379Advised to replace UI, ACU and vent fan. DC current could be overloading the board. Unit and parts out of warranty. Per JM able to obtain coverage for parts. Only charge service fee.Customer reaching manufacturer for assistance. Will pay service fee if manufacturer does not cover entirety of repair.; ordrng 1 W10803367 (UI) and 1 W11368631 (ACU) and 1 WPW10469574 (Vent Assembly)"
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS576FIDM01 Q1 no q2 no q3 noComplaint of no ice. Even since new ice maker. Measured temperature of freezer at 5 degrees.Followed service pointer Pointer #: W10798347 and power cycled unit. After doing so was able to observe ice maker moving into home position and begin ice harvest. Ran ice harvest in diagnostic and unit tested good. Ran ice fill test and ice filled properly. Exited service mode. Power cycled unit again. Customer will reach ATEC if issue does not resolve. Order ACU W11035841 for return visit. Ice maker has capacity to make ice and control is not sending the signal.
