The service provided by Zack has always been stellar. He is very thorough and found a hole in the gasket which will be replaced. He discovered the machine had been crush on both sides and put in a replacement order. I’m afraid replacing the housing did not solve the problem. The machine still bangs during the spin cycle and moves out of position in the laundry room. Very good laser with the service. Not pleased with the machine at all.
