RANGE KITCHENAID KFGU766VSS04 Customer stated that unit would not stopping flashing control lock and unit would not stop beeping. Attempted to turn control lock off upon arrival. Unit would not respond to commands. Unplugged unit and removed cooktop cover. Discovered that bottom tray of cooktop was full of water. Unit had large amount of moisture built up on bottom of control and spark module was partially submerged in water. Cost of repair is greater that value of unit. Customer is going to replace unit. Collecting service call fee
DRYER MAYTAG MEDC465HW0 Dryer not drying . Found the connection to the pigtail on the dryer was loose . Tightened pigtail on unit . Unit tested good .

DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDFE204ESS0 Customer stated that keypad was stuck on. And lights were flashing but could not select commands. Upon inspection discovered that customer had control lock on and didn’t realize. This was causing issue. Turned off control lock and checked for error codes. No codes were present. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit tested good.
REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRFC704FBS01 Customer stated that while shutting left door right door will continually pop open. Upon inspection discovered that magnets inside gasket for right door and not making contact with cabinet correctly. Right side gasket also has small tear in flap. Ordering gasket; ordrng 1 W10917312 (DOOR GASKET)
MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WOC75EC0HS03 Customer is stating that unit is rebooting itself and displaying f6e0 error code continually. Customer was experiencing same issue with previous model that was deemed unrepairable. Called techline due to reoccurring issue. SR:7725834496. Techline inquired about unit being connected to WiFi. Unit was not currently connected to WiFi nor was previous unit. Techline stated that unit will continually reboot if not connected to WiFi when preforming software update. Suspecting that this is what customer is experiencing. Customer to connect unit to WiFi and monitor to see if issue arises again.
RANGE FRIGIDAIRE GLEB30S9DBA Customer stated that unit would not bake or broil. Removed control panel to inspect control. Ran bake cycle with control exposed to check for 240v going to bake element. Control is failing to send power to bake element. Confirmed at element that unit was not receiving power. Unit needs control and part is no longer available. Collecting service call fee

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 Customer stated that unit was producing banging noise in final spin when washing smaller load on normal cycle. Suspension has been previously replaced on unit. Called techline to document issue due to multiple visits. Techline has technician inspect drive hub. Teeth on drive hub are not rounded or broken. Drive hub passes visual inspection. Due to suspension being replaced and drive hub checking out techline advised tech to speak with customer about proper loading and cycle selection. SR: 7726038414

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 Replacing pressure hose due to original hose having small hole in hose causing unit to display f8e1 code for long fill/no fill. Ran test cycle unit completed cycle as it should. Customer is stating that unit is still causing banging noise while in high spin on certain loads mostly while using normal setting. Explained to customer that normal setting uses minimal amount of water causing items to bunch up during agitation therefore causing an unbalanced load. Customer feels that machine performance is differing from when was purchased. Technician has made cycle and load suggestions for Customer to try for better results. WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 Replacing suspension due to customer complaining that unit basket is banging into cabinet walls during high spin. Replaced suspension and ran unit on high spin in ManualTest mode. Unit is functioning as it should.Unit tested good. Advised customer to run load and contact office if issue persists.
WASHER MAYTAG WTW7500GW0 Customer is stating that unit is leaking. Checked for error codes. Unit displaying F0e3 code for overloading unit. Also f2e1 code for stuck key. Ran diagnostic cycle. Unit completed cycle as it should. Ran unit on bulky items with deep water fill. Fill and drained basket multiple times and inspected underneath unit for potential leak. Inspected underneath machine multiple times while tub was full of water inspected drain pump hose for potential hole in hose. Could not find leak anywhere. Customer will need to monitor. Tech is highly recommending smaller load use to prevent further damage to machine
