Customer stated unit overflowed when in a cycle. I diagnosed unit by starting a cycle on a small load unit stopped pouring water in correctly also tried it on medium and large load both loads worked correctly. I took off lid and examined the pressure hose for any cuts or tears or if came loose but did not see anyrhing. I also took off control panel and blew through hose to make sure it was not clogged. I could not duplicate issue. I suggested customer uses machine on different size loads and watch it incase it does overflow. I noticed that agitator was not agitating and needs new dog agits585-802-6743; ordrng 1 80040 (Dog agits)

"Customer stated that unit is not freezing or cooling. After inspecting unit i found that Evap had a massive ice buildup, i steamed out the ice and confirmed that the heater is operating. Replaced freezer thermistor WPW10383615. Also found that the ice buildup has pulled a wire out of the heater connector, i was able to reinstall it but only for a temporary fix as it is not a sable connection. Ordering fan harness W11581973; ordrng 1 W11581973 (Harness), used 1 WPW10383615 (Freezer thermistor) from stock"
