Customer stated that unit is leaking water from the freezer compartment. After inspecting unit i discovered that the evaporator drain tube was clogged with dust causing the unit not to drain. I cleared the debris from the drain tube and removed the ice from the evaporator drain with a steamer. Unit tested good

Customer stated that the cooktop is getting hot (150 degrees) on the front left side when running a 400 bake cycle for 30 minutes and 155 degrees when running a 450 bake cycle for 30 minutes and concerned that there is no warming light when its hot. I explained to the customer that the hot surface temp light is initiated by the surface element not the bake element and that this would be concerned normal with high temp baking.
