"Customer stated that during the night water was leaking from the unit. After inspecting unit i found a crack in the inlet valve due to the valve freezing. I found a cold draft under the unit, i explained to the customer that draft needs to be taken care off or it will freeze again. Replaced valve, ran a diagnostic test cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good"

"Customer stated that units water filter is leaking every 5 days and started two weeks after last repair. I inspected unit and found that the filter housing tested good but the filter tested bad, filter is not seating into the new housing, symptom was the same with old housing. I removed filter, dried housing and ran water to confirm that the housing is not leaking. I asked customer to run unit without the filter and monitor is the leaking continues, if leaking stops then order another water filter. Unit tested good"
