Customer says unit is having intermittent issue with not finishing cycles. I could not get unit to have this issue and there are no error codes stored. Customer also states that the squealing is still there and when I checked underneath and rotated the cam I noticed the sound of loose change underneath the washplate that is getting caught in the grarcase underneath the wash plate and possibly grinding the gears causing the noise. "Found running pressures at -18.8inHg on low side, 62psi high side. Equalized in under 2 minutes at near 0psi. Signalling low side sealed system leak with no refrigerant in system. Found refrigerant in system. Charged with 250psi nitrogen and bubble tested. Heard no hissing, found no leaks. After 45 minutes, pressure had not dropped. Found a place where section of suction tubing was in contact with hot gas line. Contacted techline, SR#7741254461 Techline agrees pressures indicate low side leak with no refrigerant in system. Unable to adequately explain running pressures and no nitrogen leaks. Vacuumed system to 500 microns and recharged with 5.5oz of R134a. Unit did successfully make a batch of ice. If issue persists, will order an oversized dryer per JM, and a compressor and evaporator per techline."
