When I put the unit into a diagnostic cycle during the spin portion the drum bounced around like crazy. When I inspected the unit further I found that the inner drum was loose and not connected correctly to the outer drum indicating either a bad inner tub or possibly gear case or that the gear case nut was coming loose and not holding the drum correctly. Unit has a wash plate that I could not remove to get a more accurate diagnosis so I quoted the customer $403 including the service call parts and labor just to get down to the gear case nut and inform the customer that the unit might still need a new tub or gear case. When I initially went to start the cycle the unit would try to sense the load and only spin the agitator indicating a faulty shift actuator. I put the unit in the diagnostic mode and ran a diagnostic cycle to confirm and in the diagnostic cycle the shift actuator was working correctly and it spun the tub. So I took unit out of diagnostic mode and tested on a normal cycle and the unit is working correctly now. There must have been an issue with the board that the recalibration cycle cleared out

I found a little build up on the washer door causing it to not seal correctly against the boot making little air gaps where water can get through I cleaned off the bottom of the door where the buildup was and wiped down the boot to ensure a good seal. "Found a break in the drain pump wire harness. Replaced harness and secure drain pump wire with clip as per the service bulletin. However when I went to test the unit I found that anytime the unit is in operation it constantly runs the drain pump indicating a bad control board. I ordered a control board and also another harness to have on hand just in case there is a puncture in the new pressure tube resulting in constant power to the pump; ordrng 1 W11627413 (Control board) and 1 W11643701 (Harness), used 1 W11643701 (HARNS- WIRE), and 1 W11284522 (CLIP) from stock"
