After inspecting unit i found that there was a piece of plastic in the belt guard casing the grinding sound. Suspension tested good. I could find no evidence that the spotting is coming from the unit. I explained to the customer that when the the unit is going into the spin portion and of cycle it is common to hear some banging until the unit balances the load, that something must have been introduced into the unit that caused the spots, how to load the unit, cycle selection and how much he detergent to use. Unit tested good"

Door not opening when lever is pressed. Lever getting hung up on toe kick cover not allowing it to go down far enough. Cut notch in toe kick to allow free movement of door opening lever. Door now opens with press of lever. Unit checks good.
