The customers complaint was that stuff in the fridge section we're freezing and stuff in the freezer section were getting too cold like ice cream being too hard to scoop and that ice bin was just a solid block of ice. When I checked I found that the unit had been set to 33? in the fresh fruit section and negative 5? in the freezer section so I turned the fresh food section up to the recommended temperature of 37? and the freezer section to the recommended temperature of 0?. I also found that the ice maker fill tube was about halfway out of alignment with the ice maker causing half of the water to spill down into the ice bin instead of going into the ice maker so I adjusted the tube to match and tested ice maker and it does not drip anymore
