Sr# 7730692317 Found microwave to heating on arrival. Removed microwave and tested with kill o watt meter and it was heating. Tested again and it wasnt not heating. Called tech line and found the door switches were not contacting fully and found some grease or something with same consistency in the latch opening. Removed substance and reinstalled. The microwave is now heating. Found voltage drop to transformer to 113 volts. If problems persists preorder switches and control.

Measured 122 VAC frompower cord to ACU. Measured resistance windings of motor at 3.1 ohms between each winding. Proper reading is 11.6 ohms. Did not record any voltages going from ACU to MEMS (motion sensor). ACU is not reading motor speed causing 3E error. ACU no longer available. Unit not fixable.

Qq no Q2 no Q3 noReturned to retreive severed drain line from stand pipe. Unable to retrieve. Based on feedback when fishing standpipe it feels that the cut end has drained into sewage and cannot be retrieved. Customer still complains of close wet at end of cycle. 2 more slow drain errors stored since last service call. Tested lid and locking in diagnostic and testd good. Drain pump does run but is not at peak productivity. Should discharge 17 gallons per minute. Takes several minutes to drain partially filled tub. Quoted for drain pump. Customer will reach ATEC if opt for repair.
