"Found a wheel on the right back side of the bottom rack was broken off and was the source of the burning smell. Cleared plastic from tub. Filter was dirty - cleaned and reinstalled. I noticed door wasn't closing properly so I offered to fix it, but I was unsuccessful. Customer states the door wasn't like that before I arrived and acknowledged all I did was remove the plastic from the tub.; schdld next appmnt for 8/29 THU !"
