Tighten bracket and re routed wires to make sure that it is sealed against the liner . Made sure the rails were clipped in to the bracket . Left side one was not . Fixed issue. All gaskets are sealing . Frost pattern was good . Techline said to remind customer of high humidity foods and to keep things sealed . No parts were mentioned that may resolve issue . Customer will monitor.

Customer stating that unit is leaking. Ran diagnostic cycle with door off to observe leak. Unit is leaking from left side of door while pro scrub function is actuated during diagnostic cycle. Adjusted water pressure unit is still leaking. Swapped water valve with spare valve unit was still leaking. Control and sump have both been changed and sump has been changed twice. Inspected entire wiring harness for possible short or broken wire. Could not locate issue with harness. Tech cannot determine why unit is leaking. Customer will need to be reimbursed for control cost and labor for job.

Suggested some sort of pod and explained the proper way to use them . There is nothing on this unit that could be changed to remedy this issue.
