"Customer concerned about the soap not dispensing correctly; the dishwasher pod would always be found at the bottom of the tub. Informed the customer that is how the soap is dispensed. Upon further investigation, discovered there was no water going to the dishwasher to dissolve the pod. Plugged in the inlet water valve & turned on the water supply. Unit testing good."

The water is connected to its own pipe away from the sink so running the water at the sink won't really help .ran diagnostics. Heater tested good . Cleared error codes . Gave customer tips . pro wash . High temp and heat dry . If customer what's to move forward with repair order WPW10705575 sensor and control W10866116 . Control is covered under warranty.
