Customer stated that they were experiencing long dry times and door was hard to shut. Tested dryer with dryer vent test kit. Discovered that unit is not vented properly causing issue. Door strike is also sticking making door very hard to open. After pinching strike with pliers door was now shutting as it should. Recommending customer have vent cleaned to improve dry times.
