Ran a test verification cycle with no issues. Tested the hot and cold valves in manual diagnostics also with no issues. Tested spin in manual diagnostics. Machine seemed to bounce around as basket was slowing down and speeding up. Off-balance events most likely caused by the machine sitting on a pallet that would also flex up and down as the machine was spinning. Suggested customer to sit the machine on cinder blocks instead of a wooden pallet. No further repair needed at this time. If issues persist, return with inlet valves."

Customer stating that unit is dripping from middle of door and edges of door. Checked for error codes. No codes present. Ran diagnostic cycle and removed outer door panel in order to observe bottom door seal. Discovered that door seal is not sealing fully causing water to spray from right side of door. Removed seal to inspect. Seal is not bowed in any way or deformed but unit is still having same result after reinstalling seal. Called techline SR: 7726658729 to document issue. Techline recommended running unit with clear plastic door on front of unit. Did so and unit began to leak worse. C1 cold valve is giving resistance reading well outside range (2365k) should be reading between 1100-1350k. Took resistance reading for C2 cold valve C2 cold valve is within resistance range (1280k). Took resistance reading on hot valve. Hot valve gave reading of 1180k. C1 is outside of resistance range. Called techline to document findings. SR: 7726660742 Explained to techline that valve has already been changed once and same issue is occurring.
