Customer stating that unit will not start cycle but does have power. Checked for error codes upon arrival. No codes were present. Attempted to run test cycle. Unit shut off during test cycle and then turned back on. Discovered that wire nut for Neutral wire was loose. After tightening wire nut could not replicate issue.
