Customer is concerned with the unit vibrating and moving out of place during use. Removed front to inspect springs and snubber pad. Did not see anywhere on either the springs or the pads. Put a load of towels in to check operation. Found the unit was vibrating out of place due to feet slipping on the tile floor. Found front right foot locking nut disengaged from cabinet. Locked foot into place and retested. Unit tested good. If issue persists consider replacing WP210684 foot rubber
