"Customer stated that unit (portable Dias h washer) was leaking water. No codes. I ran unit and verified that water was leaking from the right side of the door. I discovered that the customers floor is not level and slopping Badly. The positioning of the unit was that the door was facing downhill , i turned the unit to where the back of the unit was facing downhill and the leak stopped. Replaced spigot on unit but was still getting same result. Called whirlpool to ask what could be causing this. Tech line could not find tech sheet or any info on this unit. I did some more diagnosing and found that this unit has a second valve but the water filter. Took of dispenser line to see if valve was letting water through when not asking for it. Valve is letting water trickle out. Unit needs new valve.Sr7733575098; ordrng 1 WP12956105 (Water valve)
