I tested the unit on a quick cycle with a full load and when it came to the drain and spin portion of the cycle And the motor reached max rpm the unit lost power and turned off. I checked in the back and found a loose connection that would only lose contact when the unit is vibrating in the spin portion. I reconnected the wire ensuring a good connection and tested unit again And it now works as it should

Customers complaint is that the oven will not turn on. I tested on a bake cycle and the igniter does not get hot. I checked voltage coming Down to the igniter and there is 120 V. Igniter is not physically broken however when I took a resistance reading it has a resistance of 28 ohms which is well below what I should have to The unit will need a new igniter. I went to replace the igniter with one provided by square trade however the new igniter Is broken inbox so I ordered a new one; ordrng 1 Wb13x40206 (Ignitor)

I Tested the unit on drain and spin mode and started the tub bounced all over the place so I checked the suspension rods and found that they were worn out causing the tub to bounce around so I replaced a suspension rods and tested unit and the unit works as it should

The customer states that the unit is making ice but it Its not dispensing it. I found that the dispenser gears were frozen up causing them to not turn likely from condensation from excessive use the high humidity That resulted in ice buildup.I defrosted the gear and it now dispenses as it should and I gave recommendations to the customer about preventative maintenance to prevent further issues. The customer also said they were having an issue where some stuff in the middle back of the fridge Section was freezing. I ran diagnostics on the unit and the thermostat reads as it should and the damper And fan operate as they should. I raised the temperature a couple degrees and gave the customer instructions on how to Load the fridge and allow good airflow
