"Customer stated that unit is displaying a F6E1 error code and not starting a cycle. Error code F6E1-UI cant hear ACU. After inspecting unit i found that the control tested bad. Replaced control then after replacing control the new one blew, found that the drain pump tested bad, ohms 2.4. Unit needs control, drain pump and lower harness. Quoted customer for repair but they declined."

Ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended but there was suds when cycle completed so i explained to the customer about cycle selection and what dish soap will do once its Introduced into the unit. I started a pro wash cycle with a tablespoon of olive oil to get rid of the suds. Unit tested good
