Complaint of no drain. Following stored errors:F8E1 long fillRan auto diagnostic and completed without issue. Confirmed hot and cold valves work. Long fill error can occur if customer water pressure is low or customer does not have hot/cold water. Overloading can also cause long fill error. When the machine detects a long fill time it cancels the wash cycle and drains out without spin. Customer complaimt of no drain when it was a no wash due to water hazard. When this complaint is received it should be verified that customer has both hot and cold water supply and no overloading occurs. No repairs needed.

Customer stating that unit is still not producing ice correctly. Unit was serviced by appliance tec on 6/21 unit did not produce ice after visit until 6/25. From 6/25 to today (6/28) ice bucket is about 1/2 full. Ice maker has already been replaced previously. Called techline to document issue. Checked ice maker for error codes no codes present. Took temp readings inside freezer and also inside ice box with techline agent . Both temps were good. Tested ice maker unit was filling as it should. Ran all tests on techsheet relating to ice maker. Unit passed all tests. Techline agent is suspecting that user interface is failing to communicate with ice maker properly. Ordering UI SR:7731104028; ordrng 1 W11387387 (USER INTERFACE )

Removed housing to inspect. Discovered that guide clip on housing was not fully seated into place causing issue. Clipped into place and tested multiple times. Filter now removing as it should. Q1 no Q2 no Q3 noComplaint of unit locking in middle of cycle. Has to power cycle unit to unlock. Following stored error:NoneUnit completes autodiagnostic without issue. Observed excess suds during diagnostic cycle even thougg no detergent was added. Customer using SA8 natural detergent and supplied scooper with product. Packaging indicates ultra concentration.Ran heavy duty wash with sheets. When starting a wash the delay cyclr always defaults to 1 hour and moves back after setting to zero. Even with delay wash at 1 hour load still starts right away and the display continues to print 1H even after the cycle has advanced. This delay counting down could be causing a constraint on the board as its counting a delay while in the midst of a cycle. Customer states problem mainly happens on bulky loads that would take in exess of an hour. Ordering new ACU and UI.; rqstng P&A on 1 W11201274 (ACU) and 1 W10911021 (W10911021)

Evap fan in freezer not running found ice built up around fan not allowing to spin.unit is defrosting tested heater In diagnostics. Defrosted evap fan is running . Humidity control was not on moisture could have found its way into the freezer from mullion. Turned humidity control on and checked door gaskets . All gaskets are sealing . Unit tested good .
