Found unit throwing a water level system error and drain error. Found that the connection to the drain pump assembly was barely connected causing an intermittent drain. Repaired connection. Pump runs as it should. The hot water supply to the unit was restricted due to severe corrosion at the water shut off. Turned water off as it was leaking at the point. The unit will not be able to be used until the water supply to the washer is professionally repaired by a plumber. All other functions testing ok. Fabric softener cup in dispenser needed to be cleaned. This is part of normal owner maintenance and should be done frequently to prevent build up.

Unit is freezing items in the fresh food section still. Found product piled up next to the damper causing airflow issues. Deli drawer is in the incorrect as well. Product is bing placed against the back wall blocking the fresh food air returns. All of these things can individually cause items to freeze in the fresh food section. Replaced damper because it was chattering. The unit can be set to recommended settings after product placement is addressed. Setting take a full 24 hours to show results.
