When unit goes into defrost melted frost is flowing into cabinet instead of down drain tube. Defrosted unit with steam. Inspected drain tube and found a grape over the opening of the drain tube. Removed grape and evaporator tray drained without issue. Additional complaint of intermittent ice dispensing. Measured voltage to ice motor at 108.7VDC. This is proper voltage. Advised replacing ice motor to address intermittent dispensing. Customer opted to not repair at this time. Advised quote valid for 30 days.Verbal signature acknowledged.
