Customer stating that unit is not heating properly. Unit will reach desired temperature but will not maintain temperature once reaching that temp. Checked for fault codes. No codes present. Took resistance reading of temperature sensor at room temperature. Sensor reading was 1100k (1000-1200k) is the range in which it should be in. Temperature sensor tested good. Ran preheat to 350 and observed temperature with thermocouple. Unit is 100 degrees over desired temp when preheat is finished and never cycled heat back on due to this. Temp sensor is testing in range but not functioning properly. Oven door handle is loose and so is the door itself. Found the screw to the top right inside the door was loose . Removed the screw and put loc tite on it . Tightened both sides door is all fixed . Customer spoke about the height of the flames were to high . Adjusted the flames . Unit tested good .
