I went throw diagnostics and tested valves, IM, fans and compressor-i could not duplicate the issue. I confirmed that the drawer harness and outlet tested good. I could not confirm the breaker in the panel box, i explained to the customer that he might want to have the breaker tested as something is interrupting the power going to control. After inspecting unit i found that the rotor bolt was missing, i located bolt on floor , then applied loctite to bolt and installed. I calibrated unit and ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended. Unit tested good"

Double dishwasher. Neither one working. Reset unit and tested. Removed spray arms and reinstalled. Pumps are functioning and spray arm rotating. Recommend using more rinse aid and monitoring. Couldn't verify if cycle is intermittently stopping without completing. Customer is to monitor.
