"Customers complaint is the freezer is not keeping temp. When I arrived the freezer was operating normally. I ran diagnostics and tested fan operation and all thermistors and everything checked good. I was unable to replicate any issues. However, there was some ice buildup near the evaporator fan indicating the freezer door was not closed properly, causing freezing and resulting in poor temps. Customer is to use and monitor the unit"

Customer is concerned that the washer is leaving dirt residue on her darker clothing items. Ran unit and explained to her how to optimize the water level without using the deep fill for every load. I emphasized to customer that this unit is designed to use the minimum amount of water and which might not be suitable for certain fabrics. Advised customer to use bulky setting and heavy soil to increase the water level. She did an initial test on laundry and informed me by text that the clothes washed good.

Customer complaint is unit is reading 50? cooler than the setting. Talk to customer and customer is putting her thermometers right in front of the door. I moved the thermometers to the middle of the oven and tested at 350 and it maintained a temperature of 350 for 15 minutes. Explain to customer the difference temperature between the middle of the oven and the door and an instructed customer to put thermometers in the center rack. Dryer is constantly running without pressing the start switch. Checked switch and it is stuck in the pushed in position. Freed stuck switch and tested okay. Dryer is now only starting when the switch is pressed. No evidence of further switch problem. Light isn't working even after customer put in a new bulb. The light socket is getting proper voltage so the bulb needed to be seated tighter to energize. Lighting up okay.
