The fresh food section on the unit maintains temperature however the freezer compartment is only at 32?. I checked the frost pattern and there is a big ice ball on the line coming into the evaporator and No frost on the evaporator. I felt the compressor and it was hot to the touch indicating a leak. Sr 7742286163 I replaced the control board and tested the unit and there is still low water coming in. I disconnected the from the fill assembly and ran the water into a bowl and there is still low water so the inlet is not the issue. The customer has a pressure reading of 60 psi at the unit so I called techline and we confirmed 120 volts to the valve and ohmed out the valve motor. Techline suggested that it might be a plumbing issue and had me instruct the customer to get a plumber to check the water pressure and raise it up to between 80 and 100 psi and see if that Solve the issue

The unit is having an issue where it will not start a load and just sits there after you push start and will turn off after about 10 seconds. There is an inverter board Fault and a lid lock fault. I called Tech Line and they had me power the unit on and not start it and after 10 seconds with it on it shut off And Tech Line said that is a inverter board issue and that the inverter board will need to be replaced. They also suggested I have a lid lock on hand just in case. I quoted the customer for a inverter board and labor and they are going to think about it and get back to us about whether or not they want to complete the repair; ordrng 1 WH22X38837 (Inverter board) and 1 WH01X29528 (Door lock)

The customer got an h20 error code once during a cycle and the unit does not consistently have one. I tested the unit and the water valves are opening all the way and In diagnostic mode I got a consistent rating of 3.1 inches of water in the drum after the Cold water valve was on for one minute And a reading 0 inches after Running the drain pump for 30 seconds indicating the pressure sensor is not blocked or kinked and the board is reading accurately. There were multiple firmware updates that needed to be installed so I updated the board and tested the unit and it works as it should

"The customer states that the unit will not finish a cycle and it will leak out underneath the door. There is a service bulletin on ServiceMatters about the middle Rack rails having an issue and the water pressure pushing the middle rack into the door causing it to slightly pop open and cancel a cycle and potentially leak. I checked with the clear door and the middle shelf does push forward into the door Causing the issue. Per the service bulletin the unit will need both right and left hand side rails replaced To resolve the issue. I replace the broken crisper drawer and Tightened the freezer handle. The customer was concerned because the unit makes an intermittent noise. I put the unit into diagnostic mode and tested all of the fans and Ran the compressor and the unit operates as it should and all parts sounds normal. The unit is a dual evaporator unit so there is a three-way valve on it and when I Tested that and it made its normal operation noise the customer thinks that is the noise she was hearing. Everything on the unit works as it should so I instructed the customer to monitor and try and get the noise on the video if possible
