The customers complaint is that there is an intermittent beeping noise coming from the unit. Also the lights intermittently do not turn on and the unit has low cooling. I ran a diagnostic mode on the unit and everything functions correctly. Due to the nature of the symptoms I suspect it is a DC short coming from the deli UI. I unplugged the deli ui And the customer is to use and monitor the unit to see if the issue goes away

The customers complaint is that the unit leaked down front. I tested the unit for about 25 minutes and was unable to find any leak. The unit fills agitates and drains correctly with no issues.Based on the customers description of the amount of suds in the unit at the time and The path the water took as well as residual suds left in the tub I was able to determine because of the leak was over sudsing. I explained to the customer how that could happen and instructed them on proper soap use

I started a bake cycle to confirm the knobs getting hot I did feel a lot of hot air escaping from the top of the door. When I pushed on door it sealed better and didnt let out much heat. Check ventilation system and found that customer has a total length of vent over 10 ft down into the basement and back out again with several bends. The user manual indicates the total length shouldn't exceed 7 ft. Advise customer to reroute vent to make it 7 ft or less. She might have to go through the wall that's next to the dryer.

The customers complaint was that the unit does not start. When you try to start the unit it just blinks at you so I tried to put it into diagnostic mode and I was unable to and the control board was not responding. I replaced the control board and was able to enter diagnostics and they are I found the lid latch would not lock so I replaced the latch and tested the unit and it works properly
