The ff was 38 and There was a frozen potatoes on bottom shelf. Freezer was 3 degrees. The ice maker was off on user interface. Called tech line and e planed situation. Tech line says that they are in the process of flashing the control and to keep an eye out for service pointers to replace controls. Explained to customer. Recommended to put ice in ice bin and turn icemaker on to make sure the ice maker thermistor is reading cold temps in bin to stabilize temps in fresh food section.
