Checked unit for abnormal noises. Found that the loud noise a customer was concerned with was just the shifter snapping into place between agitate and spin. This is not an abnormal noise and is normal for these units. The customer is also concerned with some items not spinning out the way that they used to. Ran factory calibration to reset load size sensing. Recommending that the customer keep their detergent usage consistentAnd to use proper cycles for different types of items. Inspected shifter and cam as well as drive belt motor and capacitor. Unit tested good in service diagnostics.
