I ran a diagnostic cycle which it completed successfully, the soap dispenser was open upon completion. I did hear the stay arms moving and slashing water around. I did notice some hard calcium stain which indicates hard water but i could not find the source of the surface rust stains. As far as operation the unit tested good."

I checked that the fill tube was not clogged with ice and it was clear. I then checked the saddle valve that supplys the water to the unit and it was clogged. I removed the water line going to the unit at the valve and cleared the blockage. Reconnected line and tested unit , unit now has the desired water pressure going to unit. Cycled ice maker. Unit tested good"

I checked the unit for codes and found no other code then the F8E1 code. The unit is receiving 240v. I ran the cold water valve and the condensation valve in the diagnostic mode and it tested good. I then ran the cold water valve again and turned on the kitchen sink and the water to unit slowed down, then i flushed the toilet and the water to unit came to a crawl. I explained to the customer that the unit isnt getting enough water when the sink and toilet is running and that is a plumbing problem. Unit tested good"

I found that the blower housing didnt have a good seal on the blower which was causing a whistling sound, made an adjustment to housing and it fixed the problem. I also found that the door wasnt engaging the door switch, i adjusted door and it corrected the problem. Tested unit and unit tested good"
