Complaint of temp fluctuating when set to 350. Diagnostics showed actual temp within 5 degrees. Called techline. Sr7733321872. they said to take average after element cycles 6 times and not to use mechanical thermometers. 341+404\2=372.5 avg temp. Customers thermostat reads 350. Calibrated to 10 degrees. Cant verify problem with oven.

Unit has suppressor putty on cap tube but seemed to be a little to high adjusted the putty and tested unit still is doing it . Called techline SR 7733324003 .
