Observed excess suds during diagnostic cycle even thougg no detergent was added. Customer using SA8 natural detergent and supplied scooper with product. Packaging indicates ultra concentration.Ran heavy duty wash with sheets. When starting a wash the delay cyclr always defaults to 1 hour and moves back after setting to zero. Even with delay wash at 1 hour load still starts right away and the display continues to print 1H even after the cycle has advanced. This delay counting down could be causing a constraint on the board as its counting a delay while in the midst of a cycle. Customer states problem mainly happens on bulky loads that would take in exess of an hour. Ordering new ACU and UI.; rqstng P&A on 1 W11201274 (ACU) and 1 W10911021 (W10911021)

"Replaced control . Compressor so now running . Found unit has no refrigerant in system . Took suction line pressure it was -20 . Put nitrogen into the system and found the leak at the evap. Cut evap section out installed lokring fitting . Installed new UV Drier . Did nitrogen tightness test . 140psi for 10 tens with no loss . Vacuumed out unit down past 500 microns and filled unit with refrigerant. If any problem persists order UV DRIER WPW10143759 , Evap W10836706 , compressor WPW10507886 , 8nk W10896690 ,6/1.8 W10896678, valve W10913906 , 5/4 W10896689 ..unit is covered under sealed system warranty on the entitlement page . I also confirmed this with trade line . . Unit is now cooling and tested good.; ordrng 1 W10896678 (coupler SEE JM) and 1 W10896690 (coupler SEE JM) and 1 W10896689 (coupler SEE JM) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier SEE JM) and 1 W10913906 (coupler SEE JM)"

Following stored errors:F4E3 motor electrical failureF7E1 heater hazardRan diagnostic cycle and wash motor never runs. Ran regular wash with probes to ACU and received range of voltage to motor circuit 74.4 VAC to 113.5 VAC. Measured customer power supply at 121 VAC. Inserted cheater cord into motor circuit and wash motor still does not run despite having contimuity and resistance of 8.9 ohms. A valid reading. Ordering ACU and wash motor. Mechanical failure of motor cause loss of inductive resistance and over amperage through motor circuits. Causing pilot relay and triacs to drop voltage to motor circuit.Customer to email receipt to Kim.bafford@appliancetec.com; rqstng P&A on 1 W11085683 (Motor Assembly) and 1 W11305303 (ACU)"
