"Customer stated unit was not working properly. Diagnosed unit and found that rollers are damaged badly also seal on back of drum fell off causing the drum and bulkhead to rub together and cut a whole through the bulkhead. Also belt is very worn and about to break. Unit needs new rollers,belt, drum and bulkhead. Gave customer a quote for repair but they denied it."
