The customer complaint was that the unit would not start. I checked For error codes and there was none so I cycled power to the unit to reset the board and tested the unit and it works as it should we no issues. I ran diagnostics and tested all of the sensors and they worked properly so I put a load in and ran the unit for about 15 minutes and it filled and agitated with no issue
