Customer stated unit was not cleaning top rack. Diagnosed unit and found that top spray arm was not spinning due to water pressure. Took manifold apart and filter. Cleaned both out then put back together. Tested unit again with clear door. Saw top spray arm spinning. Unit is working properly now.

Customer stated ice maker stopped producing ice cubes. Diagnosed unit and found the bar that turns on and off the ice maker was out of place. Took ice maker off and put bar back in place. When I was in freezer I noticed customer had ice built up on the bottom of the unit. I cleared out drain plug so when unit goes into defrost water can drain. Also handle was loose on unit. Took handle off and tightened screws so handle stays in place.
