The freezer compartment does not seem to have any issues keeping temperature however the fresh food section was room temperature. And the evaporator had no frost on it and was room temperature to the touch. After talking on the phone with tech 67 we concluded that it was a sealed system issue with either the three-way valve or a restriction in the fresh food evaporator. Repair will be covered under sealed system 60 month warranty. I removed the old water filter with a pair of channel locks and then inspected the bracket I couldn't find no damage so I tested it by putting the water filter back in and trying to take it out again and it comes out with no problem.
