When I was there ice dispenser was working properly but customer says that sometimes it does and doesn't. We've replaced various parts in this refrigerator and theirs no more parts to replace that goes with this issue. I tried to call techline to get this noted but they were in training and unavailable. I suggested customer calls customer service to let them know issue is still going on. I left customer the SR number so she can refer it to whirlpool.
