Customer was concerned with the refrigerator making noises. Checked damper fans and compressor for abnormal noises could not re-create any noises that were not normal operation. Its likely that the customer was hearing defrost noises. Noticed that the crisper bins were warmer than they need to be. I found that the lower crisper bin was not seated all the way to the back preventing the refrigerator door from sealing properly. Receded crisper bin. Found that the customer has product loaded all the way to the back wall and upper three shelves causing airflow problems. Recommending that the customer at move items forward to leave the back airway clear for proper airflow. Set refrigerator compartment up one bar to improve cooling in that compartment. When reaching 12-16 min portion of cycle unit continually was running drain pump in an attempt to remove suds in machine. Unit was oversudsing during wash cycle and tech did not add any soap. Ran rinse and spin to finish cycle and confirm unit is spinning as it should. Advised customer to use afresh tablets to clean unit to prevent sudsing issue. Ice maker is not functioning because the fill tube extender is missing. Customer also said it was leaking from the back of the unit. The plastic water line connection is old and brittle.
