Stopped evap fan but unit did not power off. Replaced fan and tested unit in diagnostics unit was working properly. Customer has tried a different outlet on the machine but it still PO and is random. . Had videos but hasnt done in person if problem persist order UI W11642011 called techline waited half hour with no answer .
