The fresh food section on the unit maintains temperature however the freezer compartment is only at 32?. I checked the frost pattern and there is a big ice ball on the line coming into the evaporator and No frost on the evaporator. I felt the compressor and it was hot to the touch indicating a leak. I spoke with tech 67 And he said to order the evaporator the compressor in the dryer as well as the Necessary lock rings. When I arrived the fresh food section was room temperature and the freezer compartment was around 40 degrees. I checked the evaporator and there was massive ice buildup from the unit not defrosting. I tested in diagnostic mode and it read read bi-metal as closed And I put the unit into a forced defrost and the defrost heater came on the unit started defrosting The main control board and the evaporator harness should be replaced so I ordered a new board and a new harness; ordrng 1 W11595219 (Control) and 1 W11566892 (Harness)

The customer was concerned because when she would open the door to check her temperature gauge it would sometimes read Temperatures Of 40? or higher. I took a temperature rating in the fridge and the freezer in the RC Was 38? and the The temperature in the FC was 0?. I ran diagnostics and tested all of the fans and the sensors and they all passed the tests. The customer was also concerned because unit Had shut off it was not making any noise or while a couple weeks ago. I informed the customer that the cabinet Temperature will fluctuate especially when the doors are open but the temperature of the food remains steady. I also explained when the unit shut off it was likely in a defrost mode and the customer is to use and monitor

Sr 7742286163 I replaced the control board and tested the unit and there is still low water coming in. I disconnected the from the fill assembly and ran the water into a bowl and there is still low water so the inlet is not the issue. The customer has a pressure reading of 60 psi at the unit so I called techline and we confirmed 120 volts to the valve and ohmed out the valve motor. Techline suggested that it might be a plumbing issue and had me instruct the customer to get a plumber to check the water pressure and raise it up to between 80 and 100 psi and see if that Solve the issue

The unit is having an issue where it will not start a load and just sits there after you push start and will turn off after about 10 seconds. There is an inverter board Fault and a lid lock fault. I called Tech Line and they had me power the unit on and not start it and after 10 seconds with it on it shut off And Tech Line said that is a inverter board issue and that the inverter board will need to be replaced. They also suggested I have a lid lock on hand just in case. I quoted the customer for a inverter board and labor and they are going to think about it and get back to us about whether or not they want to complete the repair; ordrng 1 WH22X38837 (Inverter board) and 1 WH01X29528 (Door lock)

The customer got an h20 error code once during a cycle and the unit does not consistently have one. I tested the unit and the water valves are opening all the way and In diagnostic mode I got a consistent rating of 3.1 inches of water in the drum after the Cold water valve was on for one minute And a reading 0 inches after Running the drain pump for 30 seconds indicating the pressure sensor is not blocked or kinked and the board is reading accurately. There were multiple firmware updates that needed to be installed so I updated the board and tested the unit and it works as it should

I put the unit into diagnostic mode and tested all of the fans and Ran the compressor and the unit operates as it should and all parts sounds normal. The unit is a dual evaporator unit so there is a three-way valve on it and when I Tested that and it made its normal operation noise the customer thinks that is the noise she was hearing. Everything on the unit works as it should so I instructed the customer to monitor and try and get the noise on the video if possible

The customers complaint was that the refrigerator seem to run for longer than he remembered and there was ice buildup on the freezer door. When I inspected the unit I found that it had a normal frost pattern and both fresh food and freezer compartments were keeping temp. The unit is defrosting and cycling as it should. I heated up the gasket to seal air gaps causing the ice buildup and the potentially longer run time. The unit is operating as it should
