Cusotmer has hard water and low water pressure causing a slow/no fill error code. Recommended customer get water pressure to be higher.

Customer was told by GE to get unit checked for software update I Checked for software update and did not find any updates.

Found coupling coming from supply line was over tightened compressing the rubber washer closed-i loosed the connection & tested-unit tested good

Found that freezer top shelf was off the track bottom kick plate was off not letting freezer door too close all the way creating frost conditions also leveled right side so right side door is aligned with left side door

Found that ground on plug is broke off ordering harness W11611445 ; ordrng 1 W11611445 (Harness)
