Unit shuts off about ten minutes into cycle. Unit was stuck in drain cycle once plugged in. Cleared control and tested. No error codes. Found water lines reversed. Corrected water lines and ran rinse and spin successfully. If problem persists replace W11419215.

Thank you for asking for my feedback, which I am happy to provide: James J is an awesome repair technician and ambassador for your Company. He made me make me feel like a valued customer. His customer service skills are awesome. He is an effective communicator, he apprised me of his arrival time and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. He was conscientious and meticulous about the work he did. He cared about respecting my home and applicances as if they were his own. The, owner of the Company, Jeff M kept excellent communications, too. He responded to my emails in the late evening hours to confirm appointments, and the Company’s text messaging system had state-of-the art and features, which allowed me to track my repair ticket status, and the whereabouts of the service technician so I was informed of where my repair visit is in the repair queue for the day. I felt very well informed. It is because of the way I was handled overall, that I would definitely continue to recommend your Company to anyone needing appliance repairs.
