Unit is having intermittent issues where unit will not dispense water but if you wait ten minutes and try again unit will dispense water. UI does respond to the command of paddle being pushed and says it's filling but no water; ordrng 1 W11512399 (Single valve) and 1 WPW10341320 (Dual valve)

"Found error code F9E1 for no drain. Ran diag cycle successfully, I then checked underneath unit and found the two drain pump wires were cut and barely making contact. Unit will need new harness ; ordrng 1 W11590868 (Lower harness)"

Drain hose is in a downpipe but has to air gap and causing water to back up and funnel into the washer. Suggested customer fixes the drain tube so it can let air flow when draining. Took pic of setup

"Found error code for main control fault, pressure sensor fault. I cleared pressure tube and inspected it. Unit needs new control; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control board)"

Installed new console checked dishwasher all buttons work unit tested good
