Jon is thoughtful, helps you understand the problem and solves the problems at hand. I really appreciated his approach! I still w ould liek a better invoice/receipt than what I had.

Jon was very professional and polite. He could not reproduce the gas smell we were smelling on our new dryer after taking it apart and spraying with soapy water. We called RGE and they determined it was a small leak where hose connects to dryer. They tightened the hose and it tested all clear. My suggestion would be for your appliance techs to carry natural gas detectors. $20-$30 on Amazon.
