Customer saying gas coming from rear left burner. Used soapy water on the gas fittings on top of range and fittings on rear of unit. All fittings tested good no visible signs of leaking. Tightened all gas fittings to be sure theyre theyre not leaking. Could not find any signs of leaking. Called trade care they dispatched job SWPP828F54F7-1 . Unit tested good . Customer will monitor.

It took 2 weeks for the diagnosis visit and 2 more weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. Tanner was not familiar with the model as it is new this year. He worked hard and was conscientious.
