Installed new burner kit including burner and cap. Test it on summer setting with a good Blue flame.

Not washing at all due to a faulty wash motor. Installed new wash motor from pre-order and tested. Dishwasher is now washing normally with good pressure to clean dishes.

Customer is concerned that the vent light keeps coming on. Check ventilation system and found that customer has a total length of vent over 10 ft down into the basement and back out again with several bends. The user manual indicates the total length shouldn't exceed 7 ft. Advise customer to reroute vent to make it 7 ft or less. She might have to go through the wall that's next to the dryer.

Spoke to customer to follow-up as planned. She says that she hasn't had any issue with the washer since we spoke last. She wants to cancel the service call for today.

The unit was making a intermittent loud buzzing noise. When I arrived the unit was not making the noise but I could see signs of the evaporator fan blade hitting the shroud from a loose shaft so I replaced the evap fan motor
