Case number 21419814 The unit has a error code for fan speed to low however all of the fans turn on and operate correctly so I called Tech Line to elaborate on the service pointer for the UI and we concluded that the RPM resistanceSoftware on the UI Whas is too low and the UI will need to be replaced. Due to the cost of the replacement part the customer is not going to repair the unit

He was polite and informative and explained everything he was doing. Unfortunately our Kitchenaid refrigerator has been worked on 4 or 5 times by different people and remains unfixable.
We apologize for the ongoing trouble with your Kitchenaid refrigerator and would like to explore further solutions to ensure your complete satisfaction. We are arranging another visit and look to get this resolved asap.
