I called customer and spoke to her because unit has been deemed unrepairable so I wasnt sure why we were being called out again. She stated that after i called GE and they deemed unit unrepairable they never called her back so she called GE spoke to someone who told her part is available and will be sent out. The part that they got was the center harness for the burner not main harness. I called techline again today theyre not sure why they sent out a part when unit had been deemed unrepairable.
