"Customer stated that the freezer is not freezing there ice cream. After inspecting the unit i found that the ff temp 36 and freezer temp 5. I restricted the air flow to the ff compartment using sealer putty, replaced thermistor and turned freezer to max cool. Unit tested good"

Customer stated that water is not dispensing. After inspecting unit i found that the reservoir tubing was frozen-i thawed out tubing. I explained to the customer not to push items to the back of the unit as that will trap cold air. Unit tested good

"Customer stated that unit is not drying and doesnt always seem to wash. Error code F6E4-float switch open and F7E1-no heat. I inspected unit and ran a diagnostic cycle in which the unit operated as intended.I did find that door was slamming open, i found that the left hand door cable was not attached to the spring-i installed door cable. I confirmed that heater and float switch tested good. I asked customer to monitor and if issue persists order control W10854229. Unit tested good"

Customer stated that they are getting an error code. Error codes F8E0-upper blower fan speed too low. After inspecting unit i found that the cooling fan tested bad. Replaced cooling fan. Tested unit in diagnostics and the unit tested good
