"Customer states unit is jumping around when unit is in use and they hear a squeaking noise. I ran a diagnostic cycle heard the belt squeaking when spinning, I was also able to push down basket to the ground. I replaced the belt and Im ordering suspension rods.; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension rods), used 1 W11239857 (Belt) from stock"

Josh was very professional. Did his job. Guess I would not recommend anyone to buy this dryer. Not really energy efficient. And didn't realize it wasn't a good fit, because of how far away my outside vent is. Josh gave his opinion on something that would help. So I had to spend more money. Guess I should have purchased a more expensive dryer.

Only took a few moments. Nowhere in the Maytag installation. operations manual, nor trouble shooting section does it tell you to hit the cancel button on the stove to energize the gas solenoid valve. Might be something to tell Maytag to save unnecessary service calls.
