"Started taking unit apart when I saw water leaking from the door. I took off front panel and saw it leaking from soap dispenser, I contacted Ben to verify thats not where he saw leak he stated he saw another coming from sump. I will have to order a dispenser to complete job. ; ordrng 1 W11412300 (Dispenser)"

The customers complaint was that the unit does not start. When you try to start the unit it just blinks at you so I tried to put it into diagnostic mode and I was unable to and the control board was not responding. I replaced the control board and was able to enter diagnostics and they are I found the lid latch would not lock so I replaced the latch and tested the unit and it works properly

Replaced switch assembly and tested. All burners working properly.

"Unable to replicate issue. Contacted techline, SR#21858897 Techline advised that check vent light is caused by difference in temperature at inlet and outlet thermistors. Dryer is installed against exterior wall with only a few inches of vent. Short vent allowing cold outside air to reach exhaust thermistor and causing code. No issues with dryer or vent."
