Door strike was pushed inside cabinet of dishwasher. Dislodged door strike and repositioned locking arms. Reinstalled door strike. Tested unit door latching. Not working as expected.

Dropped off crisper

Checked washer for poor cleaning/white residue. Unit passed agitation and spin test. Ran factory calibration. Re programmed in test mode. Verified that agitation was ok under load. Reseated connections. Unit testing ok.

"Dishwasher not drying dishes .Ran diagnostics on unit. No error codes. All functions tested good. Unit tested good. Recommended using sensor wash, high-temp wash, and heat dry. Customer is using rinse aid . Customer will monitor."

Found the water valve is shorted causing no water to ice maker. Ordering water valve. Ordering crisper for broken crisper. ; ordrng 1 WP2315576 (Valve) and 1 WP2192009 (Crisper) and 1 Sh15 (Shipping)
