Customer complaint is unit is reading 50? cooler than the setting. Talk to customer and customer is putting her thermometers right in front of the door. I moved the thermometers to the middle of the oven and tested at 350 and it maintained a temperature of 350 for 15 minutes. Explain to customer the difference temperature between the middle of the oven and the door and an instructed customer to put thermometers in the center rack. Customer is to use and monitor the unit; dspstn on spec-tagged invntry: 1 12001656 SENSOR
