Case number 21691582 The lid lock did not fix the issue. I Spoke with Tech Line and they said it is most likely the cpu But its possible its the MCU or the UI. The UI is no longer available so I informed the customer that if that ends up being the issue then we cannot repair the unit and they agreed to take the chance; ordrng 1 WPW10411662 (CPU)
