The tech was supposed to come with parts that were ordered to fix my freezer. My freezer had stopped blowing out cold air how it should and resulted in everything melting and defrosting completely. I turned it up to the max and it started freezing again. But on recommended setting it does not freeze at all. The tech lied and said he turned it up himself when he didn’t I did that before I even scheduled an appt. And he also said nothing was wrong with the freezer when the prev tech said there was. If my freezer blows I’m owed a brand new fridge it hasn’t even been a year since I had this fridge
