Found a crack in the lower spray arm which is causing the leaking at door. Called tech support to get the correct part number because the parts diagram was showing the wrong part #.; ordrng 1 WPW10491331 (Lower spray arm)

Install new power supply board and tested unit. Fridge still not running due to being in demo mode. Remove demo mode and fridges now running.; schdld next appmnt for 2/19 THU !

Rear drum felt came loose causing the drum rollers to wear out. Installed new drum rollers and reattached loose rear felt seal. Dryer tested good and is running normally.; used 1 3397590 (Rollers) from stock

Customer complaint that washer would shake and then not complete cycle. Error history indicate off load. Washer is level and drum is situated normal. I ran a test cycle with clothes With no problem. Advise customer that this new unit is not like the old washer which they had for 20 years. Advice customer that with heavier items it might be necessary to redistribute laundry to even out load. Advise customer that it might also be necessary to unplug unit for about a hour before restarting the cycle to reset the computer.
