Customer states the unit does not make ice. There was ice in the ice maker when I arrived that was not automatically harvested. Put unit into diagnostic mode and ran ice maker harvest test and it cycled the ice maker. Ran ice maker fill test and it did not fill with any water. Manually turned on ice maker. Fill tube heater and it melted ice in the tube and then the ice maker would fill. Ice maker not cycling on its own and fill tube heater not being turned on. Ordered new ice maker and main control and UI. There is also corrosion on the deli drawer UI so I ordered a new one; ordrng 1 WPW10675033 (Main control) and 1 W11577100 (UI) and 1 W11658802 (Ice maker) and 1 WPW10769076 (Deli Ui)

"Customer states door is hard to open. After closing the door when you try and open it again it is sealed, shut and almost impossible to open. Found evaporator drain clogged preventing the pressures from equalizing. Cleaned out, drain and door now opens properly"
