Customer stated unit is leaking. I diagnosed unit but did not see any leaks. I did notice water leaking from the sink next to the washer and I believe that is where the water is coming from.

Lid would not unlock and control not sensing lid is closed. Replaced lid latch for faulty lid switch. Unit tested good.; used 1 W11307244 (LATCH) from stock

Doors on unit not sealing correctly and causing frost build on in the freezer section . Cleaned out frost and ice . Adjusted the gaskets and not the unit is sealing. Unit tested good

"Checked and found that leveling legs on pedestal were loose and lock nuts not tightened causing legs to adjust themselves. Adjusted leveling legs and tightened lock nuts. Ran washer through drain and spin with blankets, unit checks good."

Customer stated unit was shaking very bad. I used a couple wet towels to test unit to see what it was doing. I did notice that it was shaking. I took off front panel to look at shocks underneath basket but those looked good. Ordering suspension springs ; ordrng 2 W11314394 (Suspension)s
